Hey there! My name is Makayla, but most people call me Mak. Since graduating from the University of South Carolina in 2019, I have accumulated six years of full-time experience in the field, providing various methods of marketing support in my post-grad roles. While my formal education is in art and design, I had the opportunity early in my career to dip my toes into all facets of marketing and communications. The water was nice, so I jumped in– and stayed in! Beyond my 9-to-5, I work as a freelance artist and web designer and have been taking on freelance commissions since I was 17.
